These clinics will test you for chlamydia and gonorrhea for free or at a low cost. They usually use a sliding scale to make sure you don’t pay more than you can afford. If you have an STD, the clinic can often help you tell your partners (you can also go to inSPOTLA.org to send your partners an anonymous e-mail message). If you tell your partners, the clinic might give you medicine to give to them.
